"Creme Brulee" is a one-of-a-kind Artist Teddy Bear created by Christie Elyse Kotz (The Peach Peddler).
For this bear, I used a faux rabbit fur fabric (synthetic / man-made) in Cream with Grayish-Cream streaks. I tinted parts of his body, head, and tail with caramel-colored paint, but left his arms, legs, and ears in the variegated cream. His color scheme reminds me of Crème Brûlée-- probably because I'm always snacky.
His standing height is approximately 19.5 inches (49.5cm) not counting the ears, and he's around 14.5 inches (37cm) at seated height. This cub weighs approximately 1 pound 9 ounces and feels hefty to hold.
He has a wobble-jointed neck, and his arms and legs are jointed with Fiberboard Discs, washers, and setscrews with locknuts.
His nose was embroidered with cotton floss, sealed with beeswax, then shaded with oil paints. I gave him fuzzy paw pads with pulled toes.
This bear was hand-sewn from start to finish. The shading and sculpting were also done by hand.
